2010 BRIT Awards dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 16 February 2010. ini merupakan edisi ke-30 dari acara tahunan penghargaan musik pop oleh British Phonographic Industry. Upacara penghargaan berlangsung di Earls Court Exhibition Centre di London. Upacara disiarkan secara live di ITV1, dipimpin oleh Peter Kay dengan Fearne Cotton melakukan tahap panggung. ITV2 juga menyiarkan program acara yang menyoroti setelah segera setelah siaran utama.
