Boeing 314 adalah perahu terbang sayap tinggi (high wing) jarak jauh yang diproduksi oleh Boeing Airplane Company antara tahun 1938 dan 1941. Pesawat ini menjadi salah satu pesawat terbesar saat itu, menggunakan sayap besar dari prototipe pesawat Boeing sebelumnya yaitu bomber XB-15 untuk dapat mencapai kisaran penerbangan melintasi Samudera Atlantik dan Samudera Pasifik. Dua belas Clippers dibuat untuk Pan Am.
Tiga pesawat ini dijual kepada BOAC selama Pertempuran Britania (1940) dan diberikan pada awal 1941.
