Perusahaan Hindia Timur Prancis (bahasa Prancis: Compagnie française des Indes orientales) adalah sebuah perusahaan komersial, yang didirikan pada tahun 1604 untuk bersaing dengan Perusahaan Hindia Timur Inggris dan Perusahaan Hindia Timur Belanda di Hindia Timur.
Direncanakan oleh Jean-Baptiste Colbert, disewa oleh Raja Louis XIV untuk tujuan perdagangan di belahan bumi Timur. Ini dihasilkan dari fusi dari tiga perusahaan sebelumnya, Compagnie de Chine, Compagnie d'Orient dan Compagnie de Madagascar. Direktur Jenderal pertama bagi Perseroan adalah De Faye, yang berdampingan dua Direktur milik dua organisasi perdagangan yang paling sukses pada saat itu: François Caron, yang telah menghabiskan 30 tahun bekerja untuk Perusahaan Hindia Timur Belanda, termasuk lebih dari 20 tahun di Jepang,[1] dan Marcara Avanchintz, seorang pedagang dari Isfahan, Persia.[2]
