Grand Prix (Festival Film Cannes)

Grand Prix adalah penghargaan Festival Film Cannes yang dianugerahkan oleh juri festival kepada salah satu film cerita yang diperlombakan. Ini adalah hadiah paling bergengsi kedua di festival ini setelah Palme d'Or. Sebelum kategori ini dibentuk, Prix du Jury merupakan "juara kedua".

Nama

Sejak 1995, nama resmi penghargaan ini adalah Grand Prix, tetapi pernah memiliki dua nama lain sejak dibentuk tahun 1967, yaitu Grand Prix Spécial du Jury (1967-1988) dan Grand Prix du Jury (1989-1994).

Selain itu, penghargaan ini berbeda dengan Grand Prix du Festival International du Film, nama resmi pertama Palme d'Or, hadiah tertinggi di Festival Film Cannes.^[1]
