Monarki Kanada adalah bagian inti dari struktur federal dan gaya Westminster parlementer dan demokrasi konstitusional Kanada.[5] Monarki adalah badan eksekutif (King-in-Council), legislatur (King-in-Parliament), dan yudisier (King-on-the-Bench) dalam nyuridiksi federal dan setiap provinsial.[9] Kedaulatan Kanada adalah personifikasi dari negara Kanada dan,[10][11] sebagai bahan dari hukum konstitusional Kanada.[16] Sejak 8 September 2022, penguasa monarki Kanada saat ini adalah Raja Charles III dari Britania Raya.
