Ritus peralihan

Ritus peralihan^[1] adalah sebuah ritus (berupa seremoni atau ritual) yang terjadi ketika seseorang meninggalkan satu kelompok untuk memasuki kelompok lainnya. Upacara tersebut melibatkan perubahan signifikan dari status di masyarakat.
