Al-Kunayyisa adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Ramle. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Arab-Israel 1948 pada 10 Juli 1948, dalam tahap satu Operasi Dani. Desa tersebut berjarak 12 km dari tenggara Ramla.
