Blithe Spirit adalah sebuah film komedi-fantasi Britania Raya tahun 1945 garapan David Lean. Skenarionya yang dibuat oleh Lean, sinematografer Ronald Neame dan produser asosiasi Anthony Havelock-Allan berdsarkan pada sandiwara tahun 1941 bernama sama karya produser Noël Coward. Judulnya berasal dari baris "Hail to thee, blithe Spirit! Bird thou never wert" dalam syair "To a Skylark" karya Percy Bysshe Shelley.
