Czechoslovakia 1968 adalah sebuah film dokumenter pendek tahun 1969 tentang "Musim Semi Praha", invasi Cekoslowakia oleh Rusia. Film tersebut dibuat oleh United States Information Agency di bawah pengarahan Robert M. Fresco dan Denis Sanders dan menampilkan desain grafis dari Norman Gollin.

Film tersebut memenangkan Academy Award untuk Subyek Pendek Dokumenter^[1] dan pada 1997, terpilih untuk penyajian dalam Pendaftaran Film Nasional Amerika Serikat oleh Perpustakaan Kongres karena "signifikan secara budaya, sejarah, atau aestetik."^[2]
