Berikut ini adalah daftar marga (genus) anggota suku anggrek-anggrekan atau Orchidaceae. Klasifikasi di dalam suku ini masih secara tetap berubah-ubah, sejalan dengan penggunaan metode molekuler dalam penelusuran kekerabatannya. Selama ini, klasifikasi didasarkan pada penampilan luar semata. Walaupun demikian, telah jelas bahwa semua anggotanya dapat dianggap memiliki satu nenek moyang yang sama (monofiletik atau holofiletik).
