Ensemble Studio adalah pengembang permainan video yang awalnya didirikan pada tahun 1995 sebagai perusahaan independen oleh Tony Goodman, Rick Goodman dan John Boog-Scott, tetapi diakuisisi oleh Microsoft pada tahun 2001 dan dioperasikan sebagai studio internal hingga tahun 2009, setelah itu perusahaan secara resmi dibubarkan.[1] Ensemble banyak mengembangkan permainan real-time strategy, termasuk seri Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, dan Halo Wars. Selain pengembangan game, Ensemble Studios juga membuat mesin Genie Game yang digunakan dalam Age of Empires, Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings, dan Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds.
