Sir Grafton Elliot Smith, FRS^[1] HFRSE FRCP (15 Agustus 1871 – 1 Januari 1937) adalah seorang pakar anatomi Egiptologi dan pencetus pandangan hiperdifusionis prasejarah Australia-Britania Raya. Ia meyakini gagasan bahwa inovasi-inovasi budaya hanya terjadi sekali dan bahwa mereka menyebar secara geografis.
