Toei Asakusa Line (都営地下鉄浅草線code: ja is deprecated , Toei Chikatetsu Asakusa-sen) adalah jalur kereta bawah tanah di Tokyo, Jepang, dioperasikan oleh Toei Subway. Jalur ini membentang dari Nishi-magome di Ōta dan Oshiage di Sumida. Jalur ini diberi nama setelah distrik Asakusa.

Jalur Asakusa adalah jalur kereta bawah tanah pertama di Jepang yang melayani layanan langsung dengan kereta api swasta. Saat ini, jalur ini memiliki lebih banyak layanan langsung ke jalur lain dibandingkan dengan jalur kereta bawah tanah lain di Tokyo. Keikyu mengoperasikan kereta langsung pada Jalur Utama Keikyu menuju Misakiguchi dan Jalur Bandara Keikyu menuju Terminal Domestik Bandara Haneda. Kereta Listrik Keisei mengoperasikan kereta langsung pada Jalur Oshiage Keisei menuju Inba-Nihon-Idai dan Jalur Utama Keisei menuju Terminal 1 Bandara Narita, sedangkan Jalur Kereta Shibayama melayani kereta melalui Jalur Utama Keisei dan Jalur Kereta Shibayama menuju Shibayama-Chiyoda. Melalui layanan langsungnya dengan Keisei dan Keikyu, Jalur Asakusa adalah satu-satunya jalur kereta yang menawarkan koneksi langsung antara dua bandara utama Tokyo.

Jalur Toei Asakusa dibagi menjadi dua rute: Oshiage–Sengakuji dan Sengakuji–Nishi-magome. Hanya beberapa kereta yang berhenti di semua stasiun sepanjang jalur ini, karena banyak kereta melanjutkan perjalanan ke Jalur Utama Keikyu di selatan Sengakuji.

Pada peta, jalur ini ditampilkan dengan warna merah muda. Stasiun-stasiunnya diberi kode huruf "A" diikuti oleh angka dua digit di dalam lingkaran berwarna merah tua.

  Kereta Lokal (普通 futsū) beroperasi antara Nishi-Magome dan Sengakuji sekitar setiap sepuluh menit dan dijadwalkan untuk terhubung dengan kereta layanan langsung Keikyu di Sengakuji.

  Kereta Layanan Cepat (快速 kaisoku) beroperasi antara Nishi-Magome dan Stasiun Keisei Sakura sekitar setiap dua puluh menit. Kereta ini berhenti di semua stasiun di Jalur Asakusa.

  Kereta Ekspres Terbatas (快特 kaitoku) beroperasi sekitar setiap dua puluh menit. Umumnya menggunakan rangkaian kereta Keikyu dengan terminus selatan di Stasiun Misakiguchi atau Stasiun Keikyu Kurihama. Kereta ini beroperasi sebagai Ekspres Terbatas hanya di Jalur Keikyu dan memberikan layanan lokal di Jalur Asakusa serta Jalur Keisei Oshiage. Terminus utara mereka umumnya di Stasiun Aoto atau Stasiun Keisei Takasago, dengan beberapa kereta yang melanjutkan perjalanan ke Bandara Internasional Narita.

  Kereta Ekspres Terbatas (快特 kaitoku) juga beroperasi sekitar setiap dua puluh menit dan berhenti di semua stasiun (layanan lokal) di Jalur Asakusa, memberikan layanan Ekspres Terbatas di Jalur Keikyu antara Sengakuji dan Terminal Bandara Haneda. Terminus utara berada di Stasiun Inzai-Makinohara atau Stasiun Inba-Nihon-Idai pada Kereta Listrik Hokuso.

  Kereta Ekspres Terbatas Bandara (エアポート快特 eapōto kaitoku) beroperasi sekitar setiap dua puluh menit, dan melewati beberapa stasiun saat beroperasi di Jalur Asakusa. Terminus utara mereka bergantian antara layanan "Access Express" (アクセス特急 akusesu tokkyū) ke Bandara Internasional Narita dan layanan Ekspres Terbatas ke Aoto atau Takasago. Waktu tempuh total dari Bandara Haneda ke Bandara Narita dengan kereta ini sekitar satu jam 46 menit.

Beragam rangkaian kereta digunakan di Jalur Toei Asakusa karena banyaknya operator layanan langsung yang beroperasi di jalur ini. Semua kereta menggunakan rel sepur standar dan listrik arus searah (DC) 1.500 V melalui sistem listrik aliran atas. Saat ini, enam operator menjalankan kereta di Jalur Asakusa, menjadikannya jalur kereta bawah tanah dengan jumlah operator terbanyak di Tokyo. Jalur ini juga unik sebagai satu-satunya jalur kereta bawah tanah di Tokyo yang terhubung langsung dengan jalur kereta api standar (semua layanan langsung lainnya terhubung dengan jalur rel sempit).

Jalur Toei Asakusa adalah jalur kereta bawah tanah pertama yang dibangun oleh Pemerintah Metropolitan Tokyo. Jalur ini diberi nomor Jalur 1 karena secara teknis merupakan jalur kereta bawah tanah pertama di Tokyo yang direncanakan pada 1920-an sebagai rute bawah tanah yang menghubungkan Keikyu dan Keisei melalui Shinagawa, memungkinkan layanan kereta langsung antara kedua jaringan tersebut. Dalam rencana awalnya, jalur ini sebenarnya akan melewati Stasiun Asakusa. Namun, rencana diubah untuk memanfaatkan koneksi dengan Jalur Tobu Isesaki (bagian ini sekarang disebut sebagai Jalur Tobu Skytree) dan Jalur Tokyo Metro Ginza di Asakusa.

Konstruksi jalur ini dimulai pada 27 Agustus 1956 setelah mengalami berbagai penundaan, dan segmen awal sepanjang 32 km (20 mi) antara Oshiage dan Asakusabashi dibuka pada 4 Desember 1960. Jalur ini kemudian dibuka secara bertahap dari utara ke selatan:
