John Lee Hooker (22 Agustus 1912[1] atau 1917[4][5] – 21 Juni 2001) adalah seorang penyanyi, penulis lagu, dan gitaris blues Amerika. Putra seorang petani penggarap, ia menjadi terkenal saat membawakan adaptasi gaya gitar listrik dari Delta blues yang ia kembangkan di Detroit.
