Kerajaan K'iche' Q'umarkaj adalah sebuah negara yang terletak di dataran tinggi Guatemala. Negara ini didirikan oleh orang-orang Maya K'iche' (Quiché) pada abad ke-13. Kerajaan ini mencapai puncak kejayaannya pada masa kekuasaan raja K'iq'ab yang berkuasa dari kota Q'umarkaj (dalam bahasa Nahuatl disebut Utatlán) yang terletak di dekat Santa Cruz del Quiché pada masa modern. Pada masa kekuasaannya kerajaan K'iche' terbentang dari dataran tinggi Guatemala hingga Meksiko, dan mereka menundukan orang-orang Maya lainnya seperti Tz'utujil, Kaqchikel dan Mam, serta suku Pipil yang merupakan orang Nahua.
Kerajaan ini ditaklukan oleh pasukan gabungan Spanyol dan Nahua yang dipimpin oleh Pedro de Alvarado pada tahun 1524.
