Mathew William "Mat" Kearney[1] (/[invalid input: 'icon']ˈkɑːrni/; lahir 1 Desember 1978) adalah seorang musisi Amerika Serikat yang lahir di Eugene, Oregon, sekarang tinggal di Nashville, Tennessee. Kearney mendapat banyak pujian dan pengakuan atas album debutnya, Nothing Left to Lose, yang dirilis oleh Columbia Records. Sejauh ini, ia menghasilkan 4 lagu yang masuk 20 besar tangga lagu Adult Top 40 Chart.
