NPO Novator (Novator Design Bureau, OKB Novator, OKB Lyulev) adalah perusahaan Rusia yang mendesain peluru kendali anti-pesawat jangka jauh. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1947 sebagai OKB-8 di Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg), merdeka pada tahun 1991, dan kemudian menjadi bagian dari Almaz-Antey.

Perusahaan ini mungkin paling dikenal untuk merancang rudal 9M82 dan 9M83 dari sistem SAM S-300V (SA-12 'Gladiator').[1][2][3][4][5][6]
