Nikolai Dmitriyevich Kondratiev (juga ditulis Kondratieff, Rusia: Никола́й Дми́триевич Кондра́тьев; 4 Maret 1892 – 17 September 1938) adalah ekonom Rusia yang mengusulkan Kebijakan Ekonomi Baru yang mengutamakan perusahaan pasar bebas swasta kecil di Uni Soviet. Ia lebih dikenal sebagai pencetus teori bahwa ekonomi kapitalis Barat memiliki siklus ledakan jangka panjang (50 sampai 60 tahun) yang diikuti depresi. Siklus bisnis ini sekarang disebut "gelombang Kondratiev".[1]
