Once in a LIVEtime adalah album live 2 CD oleh band progressive metal/rock Dream Theater, dan rilis live kedua mereka setelah Live at The Marquee, yang menampilkan sebagian besar lagu dari album Falling into Infinity yang direkam secara live di Bataclan, Prancis, dan dirilis pada tahun 1998.
Sampul album dirancang oleh Storm Thorgerson, menggambarkan pandangan kepala biksu dari teater Romawi kuno . Ini adalah salah satu dari tiga album Dream Theater, yang tidak memiliki font yang ikonik dengan band di sampulnya.
