Operasi Compass adalah operasi militer Sekutu besar pertama dari Kampanye Gurun Barat (1940–1943) pada Perang Dunia II. Pasukan Inggris dan negara-negara Persemakmuran lainnya menyerang pasukan Italia di barat Mesir dan Cyrenaica, timur provinsi Libya, dari Desember 1940 sampai Februari 1941, dengan kesuksesan besar.
