Saya sebenarnya ingin mengembangkan artikel ini, namun terbentur beberapa kendala. Di Belgia Brusel merupakan sebuah daerah khusus ibukota, mirip dengan DKI Jakarta. Selain itu Brusel juga merupakan salah satu dari 19 distrik DKI Brusel. Jadi ada tiga kemungkinan. Apakah harus dibuat 3 artikel atau cukup 1 saja? Trims sebelumnya.
