Butuh referensi yang menjelaskan bahwa light rail transit memang dapat diterjemahkan menjadi lintas rel terpadu, bukan hanya merek atau jargon yang disediakan pemerintah Indonesia yang kebetulan sesuai dengan singkatan LRT. Ini seperti menjadikan Whoosh padanan kata untuk high speed rail.

Saya menyarankan agar artikel lintas rel terpadu menjadi artikel tersendiri, terpisah dari artikel kereta ringan, di mana artikel lintas rel terpadu berisi LRT di Indonesia, agar dapat diterjemahkan ke Wikipedia bahasa Inggris menjadi artikel "Light rail transit in Indonesia". Unfortunately I'll have to reply in English. Thank you @Hysocc for making this clever suggestion. It's indeed confusing that "LRT" can have two different meanings. Even more so since both different items belong to the same category: urban rail transport.

• In Indonesia "Light Rapid Transit" became popular during this century: it is fully grade-separated (no level-crsossings) and is technically close to term metro/MRT.
• In the US in 1972 the term "Light Rail Transit" was introduced: it has level-crossings on all or part of a line and is technically close to term streetcar/trem.

As a start, I'd suggest to create a new article in Bahasa Indonesia about Light Rapid Transit. Then move the Indonesian LRT examples there. For sure, creating an article called "Light rapid transit in Indonesia" in English would be great as well. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to let me know.
