Pogrom Lviv adalah pembantaian serentak (pogrom) Yahudi pada Juni dan Juli 1941 di kota Lwów, Polandia Timur/Ukraina Barat (kini Lviv, Ukraina). Pembantaian tersebut didalangi oleh nasionalis Ukraina (khususnya Organisasi Nasionalis Ukraina), skuad kematian Jerman, dan kerumunan lokal dari 30 Juni sampai 2 Juli, dan dari 25 sampai 29 Juli, pada invasi Uni Soviet oleh Jerman. Ribuan Yahudi tewas dalam pogrom tersebut dan pembunuhan Einsatzgruppen.
