Suku Seneca adalah sekelompok pribumi yang menetap di Amerika Utara. Mereka adalah bangsa yang letaknya paling barat di Enam Bangsa atau Liga Iroquois di New York sebelum Revolusi Amerika Serikat. Walaupun jumlah anggota sukunya belum diketahui secara tepat, sekitar 15.000 sampai 25.000 orang Seneca tinggal di Kanada, dekat Brantford, Ontario, di Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation.
