Tahanan Palestina di Israel
Tahanan Palestina di Israel (disebut oleh Layanan Penjara Israel: Tahanan keamanan[1]) merujuk kepada orang Palestina yang ditahan di Israel dalam konteks konflik Israel-Palestina. Masa depan tahanan Palestina yang ditahan oleh Israel dianggap menjadi perjuangan utama dalam proses perdamaian Israel-Palestina.[2] Hukuman tahanan Palestina umumnya berdasarkan pada gugatan bahwa mereka adalah "anggota organisasi ilegal" (dulunya PLO, dan sekarang Hamas atau Jihad Islam), berrencana atau mengambil bagian dalam sabotase terhadap Israel, atau mengibarkan bendera Palestina.[3].[4]
