Turn It On Again: The Hits adalah sebuah album yang memuat kompilasi lagu-lagu terbaik dari band progressive rock asal Inggris, Genesis. Album ini pertama kali dirilis pada tanggal 26 Oktober 1996 oleh Virgin Record di Inggris dan oleh Atlantic Records di Amerika Serikat.

Pada tahun 2007, album ini dirilis ulang dalam bentuk double disc. Album rilis ulang ini diberi subjudul "The Tour Edition" karena dirilis untuk mempromosikan tur Genesis yang bertajuk The Turn It On Again Reunion Tour. Semua lagu, kecuali lagu "The Carpet Crawlers 1999" di-remix oleh Nick Davis. Sebagai tambahan, album ini dilengkapi dengan lagu-lagu dari setiap album yang pernah dibuat oleh Genesis (kecuali album live dan album From Genesis to Revelation dan album Foxtrot). Selain merilis versi 2 CD, label juga merilis versi 2 CD+2 DVD. 2 DVD itu berjudul "The Video Show" dan "When in Rome".

Tujuh huruf yang membentuk kata "Genesis" di logo Genesis yang tercantum di sampul album ini diambil dari potongan logo kover album-album Genesis dari tahun ke tahun. Bagian tersebut secara berturut-turut adalah:

• Huruf "G" diambil dari album...And Then There Were Three...
• Huruf "E" pertama diambil dari huruf "E" kedua yang terdapat pada sampul album We Can't Dance (huruf "E" pertama dari sampul album We Can't Dance dicetak terbalik)
• Huruf "N" diambil dari album Calling All Stations (dengan skema warna yang berbeda; hal ini telah dikembalikan seperti semula pada versi 2007)
• Huruf "E" kedua diambil dari album The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
• Huruf "S" pertama diambil dari album Duke
• Huruf "I" diambil dari album Genesis
• Huruf "S" kedua diambil dari album Invisible Touch
