Wulfstan (terkadang Wulfstan II[1] atau Lupus;[2] meninggal 28 Mei 1023) adalah seorang Uskup Inggris London, Uskup Worcester, dan Uskup Agung York. Dia diperkirakan telah memulai karier gerejawinya sebagai seorang rahib Benediktin. Ia menjadi Uskup London pada tahun 996. Pada tahun 1002 ia terpilih secara bersamaan ke keuskupan Worcester dan keuskupan agung York, memegang keduanya dalam pluralitas hingga tahun 1016, ketika ia melepaskan Worcester; dia tetap menjadi uskup agung York hingga kematiannya. Mungkin ketika dia berada di London, dia pertama kali menjadi terkenal sebagai penulis khotbah, atau homili, tentang topik Antikristus. Pada tahun 1014, sebagai uskup agung, ia menulis karyanya yang paling terkenal, sebuah homili yang ia beri judul Sermo Lupi ad Anglos, atau Sermon of the Wolf to the English (Khotbah Serigala untuk Inggris).

Selain khotbah, Wulfstan juga berperan penting dalam menyusun undang-undang untuk kedua raja Ethelred II dan Knut yang Agung dari Inggris.[3] Ia dianggap sebagai salah satu dari dua penulis utama pada akhir periode Anglo-Saxon di Inggris. Setelah kematiannya pada tahun 1023, konon mukjizat telah terjadi di makamnya, tetapi upaya untuk membuatnya dinyatakan sebagai santo tidak pernah membuahkan hasil.
