As the Bell Rings adalah acara pendek Disney Channel berdasarkan serial Disney Channel Italia, Quelli dell'intervallo.[1][2] Format dari seri ini adalah pilihan rangkaian komedi aksi langsung tetapi singkat. As the Bell Rings juga ditayangkan di Disney Channel Belanda, serta di Amerika Latin. Acara ini tayang hingga dua musim.
Serial ini menampilkan Demi Lovato, Tony Oller, Seth Ginsberg, Carlson Young, Gabriela Rodriguez, Collin Cole[2] dan Lindsey Black. Musim pertama dengan 15 episode mulai ditayangkan pada 26 Agustus 2007 pukul 8:25 dan 20:55 (ET/PT).[2]

Penerimaan
Abby West dari Entertainment Weekly sebagian besar tidak antusias tentang As the Bell Rings, memberinya nilai "B−" dan menulis, "Bukan Saved by the Bell" dan menggambarkan seri pendek ini sebagai "tidak berbahaya, jika sering kali tidak lucu".[3]

In addition, Disney Channel is debuting a series of sitcom shorts titled "As the Bell Rings," which are based on Disney Channel Italy's shortform series "Quelli dell'Intervallo," at 8:25 and 8:55 p.m. Aug. 26. The 15 shorts, which follow six friends in the school hallway during classroom breaks, are two to five minutes each. Marsh said this marks the first time Disney Channel U.S. has adapted a programming format developed by an international Disney Channel.
