Papirus 108 (bahasa Inggris: Papyrus 108; dalam penomoran Gregory-Aland), diberi kode siglum ${\displaystyle {\mathfrak {P}}}$¹⁰⁸, juga dinamai Papirus Oxyrhynchus 4447 atau P. Oxy. 4447) adalah sebuah naskah papirus kuno berisi bagian Perjanjian Baru dari Alkitab Kristen dalam bahasa Yunani. Penomoran lain menurut urutan Papirus Oxyrhynchus adalah: Papirus Oxyrhynchus 4447. Memuat Injil Yohanes. Teks yang terlestarikan adalah Yohanes 17:23-24; 18:1-5 dalam kondisi terfragmentasi. Berdasarkan Paleografi diperkirakan naskah ini dibuat pada akhir abad ke-2 atau awal abad ke-3.^[1]

Naskah aslinya kemungkinan berukuran sekitar 14,5 cm x 18,5 cm, memuat 23 baris per halaman. Tulisan tangan dalam naskah ini menunjukkan gaya "Reformed Documentary style".^[2] Teks ini tergolong jenis teks Alexandria. Meskipun pendek, naskah ini bersesuaian dengan Codex Sinaiticus.^[1] Mengandung kesalahan itacistic pada Yohanes 17:23 (γεινωσκη bukannya γινωσκη).^[3]
