Trombin (bahasa Inggris: Thrombin,^[5] Factor II, FII) adalah sejenis glikoprotein yang dibentuk oleh dan disimpan dalam hati. Sekresi protrombin ke dalam plasma darah terjadi karena stimulasi dari tromboplastin dan ion kalsium pada proses koagulasi.^[6] Dalam proses tersebut, protrombin kemudian dikonversi menjadi trombin^[7] oleh protrombinase.^[8] Lebih lanjut, trombin akan mengkonversi fibrinogen menjadi fibrin.^[8]

Vitamin K merupakan senyawa organik yang sangat penting pada sintesis protrombin.^[8]^[9]
